religion multi-part question and need the explanation and answer to help me learn.

A “rule of life” is “an intentional, conscious plan to keep God at the center of everything we do…The starting point and foundation of any Rule is a desire to be with God and to love him.”[1]
When crafting your personal rule of life, remember:
The goal of life is to dwell in deep communion with Christ and to be firmly anchored in our union with him. But how and when and where we practice these blessed realities will depend greatly on many factors, including our life stage, work, and physical capacity. If you have multiple jobs or small children, your Rule should reflect those responsibilities.[2]
Section 1: Self-Assessment (Section 1 should be a minimum of three to four pages.)
Provide a clear self-assessment that briefly describes your current situation in life‒family responsibilities, ministry, work schedule, and other life circumstances. Your self-assessment should also reflect on the strengths and weaknesses of your character, and what you learned about yourself through this course (reading, Enneagram, etc.). Where do you sense that God is calling you to stretch and grow?
This section will help you develop a rhythm of life which is unique to your personality, circumstances, and needs.
Section 2: Spiritual Disciplines/Work of the Holy Spirit (Section 2 should be a minimum of three to four pages.)
What are the spiritual disciplines that have nourished your soul now and in the past? What has helped you get to this place in life? What draws you closer to God or makes you more aware of His presence? What disciplines do you want to continue or implement going forward? What rhythms are you missing, and how will you add those to your life?
Note: Please use a minimum of two quotes from “Spiritual Disciplines for the Christian Life”
How do you experience the continual flow of the Spirit’s power and presence in your life? How is the enduring evidence of the Spirit’s fullness manifested in your life? In what ways do you need more of the Spirit’s help?
Section 3: Personal Retreat Report (Section 3 should be a minimum of two to three pages.)
When and where was your retreat? (Please be specific)
Reflect on your experience (be specific). Describe how the experience was for you. What did you feel God speaking to you? How did you spend the four hours?
Section 4: Rule of Life (This section will be informed by the first three sections.) Please follow the example listed below for this section of your paper.
Your ‘Personal Rule of Life’ must contain a minimum of four elements or categories (key areas of life).
The book uses the following elements: Relationships, Work, Prayer, and Rest.
Your personal rule of life may contain more than four elements or categories. You may use the categories listed in the book or you may label the categories in a way that makes sense to you.
For example, in my personal rule of life, I have the following four categories: Relationship with God, Personal Life/Health, Relationships, Work.
Each category must contain:
One key verse
A vision statement: one or two sentence(s) that serve as a guide for the category (It should connect with your key verse.)
A minimum of four to eight elements (or commitments) in each category (informed by the other sections of your paper)
Rules of Life must follow the following format:

Example From My Own Personal Rule of Life:
Category 1: Personal Life/Health
Key Verse: Corinthians 6:19‒20: “…Didn’t you realize that your body is a sacred place, the place of the Holy Spirit? Don’t you see that you can’t live however you please, squandering what God paid such a high price for? The physical part of you is not some piece of property belonging to the spiritual part of you. God owns the whole works. So let people see God in and through your body.” (Message)
Vision Statement: As an image bearer of God, I will steward the health and life God has given me. I will honor God by refreshing myself spiritually, physically, and emotionally.
Commitments:
Sleep an average of eight hours a night.
Exercise (run) a minimum of three times a week.
Practice a weekly Sabbath on Saturday.
Engage in play or recreation at least one time a week.
Eat healthy (in a way that provides my body with proper nutrients and energy).

Please refer to Chapter 10 of your Emotionally Healthy Spirituality book for additional information on crafting your personal rule.
Sections 1‒3 must be double-spaced and should be a minimum of 8 pages.
Please label each section of your paper.
Section 4 should be single-spaced and must follow the example listed above from my ‘Personal Rule of Life.’ (This section will be approximately two pages, making your overall paper a minimum of 10 pages.)
Because this is a reflection paper, you may write in the first person; it is appropriate to use the word “I.”
