Quantitative reasoning

mathematics question and need guidance to help me learn.

I need help in quantitative reasoning due in 6hours.also need an excel lecture on money management
Requirements: Short
We learned about logic, fractions and decimals in our first three power point lectures. For our first computer lecture, we would like to use Excel to help us understand those topics better.
Let’s start with comparing fractions. Suppose we would like to know if 3 / 6 = 1 / 2
We will find that in two ways.
First, we will use what we have learned in the power point lecture. We will use cross multiplication.
Follow these steps after you open the Excel program.
Click on cell A1.
Type =3*2.
Note that this Excel command starts with “=”. That tells Excel to evaluate the expression that follows the equal sign. If you do not start the command with “=”, Excel does nothing.
Click on enter
Cell A1 should display 6. If it does not, go back and check if you typed everything correctly.
Next, click on cell B1.
Type =6*1.
Click on enter.
Click on cell C1.
Type =a1=b1.
Here, you are asking Excel if the value in cell A1 is equal to the value in cell B1.
Click on enter.
If C1 shows TRUE, then the answer to your question is yes. If it shows FALSE, then the answer to your question is no.
Second, we will show you how to use Excel to obtain that result quickly.
Click on cell A3.
Type “=3/6”.
Click on enter.
Click on cell B3.
Type “=1/2”.
Click on enter.
Click on cell C3.
Type =a3=b3.
Click on enter.
Note that results in cells a3 and b3 provide an easy template on converting decimals to fractions.
Suppose you would like to convert fraction 134/100 to decimals.
Click on cell A6.
Type =134/100.
Click on enter.
Excel can also help you with algebra on decimals. Suppose you would like to divide 3.6 by 0.12
Click on cell A8.
Type =3.6/0.12.
Click on enter.
Ex 1. Convert 3/16 to a decimal. Use any Excel method and put your answer in cell A10.
Ex 2. Evaluate 3.64+1.15. Use any Excel method. Put your answer in cell A11.
Ex 3. Is 10/35 = 5/7? Use any method in Excel but only use row 12. Type your answer (yes or no) in cell H12.
