CC: Mr. Joe, 60 y/o female, presents to the ED with c/o of a severe headache and dizziness. She doesn’t have an aura, reports the headache is not like his typical migraine headaches. she reports pain and pressure behind his eyes, and dizziness described as spinning and unsteadiness.
